Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy accepts returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
